Nicola has a love of cooking and will always aim to surpass your tastes. Her experience comes from working around the world as a chef in an 18-bed ski chalet, running a Coffee House & Cocktail Bar on the Greek island of Zante and working as a restaurant manager for an Italian restaurant in London.
We were proud to support Tourism Northern Ireland?s Year of Food and Drink 2016 in our opening year. Our Blackrock Breakfast Bap was showcased in Tourism Northern Ireland?s Breakfast Month -?Bed & Definitely Breakfast?. Blackrock has also featured in Sainsbury?s Magazine food edition on Northern Ireland and Olive Food Magazine with our ?Seaside Supper Club?. Try our signature cake ? Winner of ?Best Bushmills Whiskey Cake? at The Bushmills Salmon & Whiskey Festival 2018. We now have our own bespoke Blackrock Berry Lemon Verbena & Gin Jam for sale and will be retailing our award-winning Bushmills Whiskey Cake soon at the Old Bushmills Distillery.
